Suzanne Hollander Honored as National Woman of Influence in Commercial Real Estate by Globestreet

Suzanne Hollander is an attorney and real estate broker teaching real estate law, property rights, commercial leasing and development for 10 years at Florida International University’s graduate and undergraduate real estate programs. 
Suzanne is recognized in Miami, nationally and internationally for her work on Property Rights and the Career of Advancement of Women and First Generation Students.  Nationally, the U.S. Department of State appointed her to its Fulbright Specialist list as an Expert in Real Estate and Suzanne won the National 2019 Career Advancement for Women Impact Award from Commercial Real Estate Women Network, an 11,000 professional member organization.  In Washington, D.C., she was the Leadership Speaker for the Annual Hispanic National Bar Foundation week.  In New York, she has taught at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

In 2019, Suzanne was awarded U.S. Federal Funds to investigate China/Asia Investment in Peru.  Suzanne is on the Law Council of the International Real Estate Conference taking place in Lima in November 2019 and participated in its 2018 Annual Meeting in Cartagena, Colombia.

She delivered speeches and taught professional seminars in Spanish in Peru, Colombia and Mexico on investment in U.S. real estate, comparative real estate law and development of  infrastructure and housing.

Suzanne speaks Spanish and English and is frequently quoted in the national and international media on how to make smarter real estate decisions, financial empowerment and cross border opportunities.
