Today is the last day to $ave the most off your Florida Property Tax! If you pay in November you will save 4% off your total bill!  It’s like a Black Friday sale without the lines! Click the video and read below to learn more & what you can $ave if you paying in December. In Florida, taxes are paid in arrears. This means you get to live on or use your property for almost 11 months before you are sent a bill.  Tax bills are mailed out in November 2014 for tax year January 1, 2014 – December 31, 2014. Pay your bill now! Take advantage of the discounts while you can:
- Pay in November: Get 4% Off
- Pay in December: Get 3% Off
- Pay in January: Get 2% Off
- Pay in February: Get 1% Off
- Pay in March: Pay Full Price!
- Pay in April: Pay Full Price + Fees + Interest
You may pay by credit card, but a convenience fee will be added to your total bill.  If you mail your payment make the check payable to Miami Dade County Tax Collector and make sure it is post marked with a date in November. Don’t send cash! Date, sign and write your folio number on your check. (If you don’t know what a folio number is contact me!) To look up your bill and for options to pay check out check out Miami Dade Tax Collector’s Website.
