Suzanne Hollander is an attorney and real estate broker teaching real estate law, property rights, contracts, commercial leasing and development for nearly 10 years in Miami at Florida International University’s graduate and undergraduate real estate programs and a Faculty Fellow in FIU's University-wide Office to Advance Women, Equity and Diversity. 

Suzanne is recognized nationally and internationally for teaching real estate/financial independence and opening doors to professional careers and property ownership.

Nationally, the U.S. Department of State appointed her to its Fulbright Specialist Roster as an Expert in Real Estate, Suzanne won the Global 2018 Career Advancement for Women Impact Award from Commercial Real Estate Women Network, an 12,000 professional member organization and in 2019 was named a National Woman of Influence in Commercial Real Estate by Globestreet. 

In 2019, Suzanne was awarded U.S. Federal Funds to investigate China/Asia Investment in Peru.  Suzanne is on the Law Council of the Latin American International Council of Shopping Centers Real Estate Conference in Peru in November 2019 and participated in its 2018 Annual Meeting in Colombia.

She delivered speeches and taught professional seminars in Spanish in Peru, Colombia and Mexico on investment in U.S. real estate, comparative real estate law and development of  infrastructure and housing.

Suzanne speaks Spanish and English and is frequently speaks and is quoted in the national and international media on how to make smarter real estate decisions, financial empowerment, and, diversity and inclusion.
